CURRICULUM CONCEPTS
Aerobic and anaerobic exercises
Fitness Circuit
this comprises of several exercises - sit ups. ankle touches,plank on hands, shuttles, one foot hops alternating, ladder exercises. The students will work in pairs. Each exercise is to be executed in 30 seconds and then information is recorded and marked. Students will also answer a few questions.
Follows instructions –ability of student to follow through on instructions given during class.
